High Pressure Fogging System

One of the systems used in greenhouses to provide the humidity needed by plants and to lower the internal temperature is the fogging system. There are two main methods: high-pressure fogging and low-pressure fogging.

In the high-pressure fogging system, stainless steel pipes are used to atomize water into micron-sized droplets under a pressure of 70 bar. This prevents water residue on the plants while meeting their humidity needs.

In the low-pressure fogging system, polyethylene pipes are typically used with a maximum pressure of 6–7 bar. This system is more economical and easier to install.

Additionally, fogging systems operating at even higher pressures, such as 110 bar, are available depending on the requirements. These systems are designed to control humidity levels in the greenhouse and ensure healthy plant growth.
